Healthy Living, not Laser Surgery

One of the most remarkable achievements of the 20th century has been lazy. They are used in everything from surgeries to laser hair removal.

Unfortunately, our reliance on laser technology has made us lazy in regards to how we treat our health. We figure that instead of eating healthy and practicing proper facial hygiene we can just get laser surgery to remove our blemishes or improve our skin. We rely on laser to even stop hair grown on our faces! A few days ago, I saw an infomercial for a laser comb! Why the heck do you need to use a laser comb? Isn't a regular comb good enough? Indeed, I doubt there are very many people who want to know laser comb information.

But this brings me to my point: more and more people are relying on laser to treat problems that should be treated NATURALLY.

While I admit that laser treatments are useful, it's important that you don't rely on such easy treatments and focus on a more lasting health treatment: proper diet and proper exercise. By eating the right foods, by doing exercise, you put yourself in a position where you don't have to use surgical or laser treatments to improve your health or some feature of your body. Natural healthy living is a more permanent solution.

Also, it's far cheaper to eat healthy than it to opt for expensive surgeries. For example, if you look at laser hair removal prices, you can expect to pay almost a thousand dollars for a single treatment! It's much cheaper just to avoid fast food an eat healthy.

So, make sure you put a lot of effort into eating healthy foods, and you won't need to pursue quick laser fixes for your health. Eating healthy is the most important thing you can do for your health.
